1 - Please allow at least 24 hours (working days only) for a design to be emailed to you for any signs
ordered after this time if you do NOT receive this email please check your Spam Folders or Junk Folders.
2 - If you have not received a "Thank you for your order" email from us within 5 hours of your order
being placed please check your Spam Folders or Junk Folders for this email. This email also contains
a link to the wording forms.
3 - We do NOT make any signs with your own wording until you have given us the OK on the
design/s we email to you.
4 - If you order after midday Monday to Thursday the next day will be day 1. If you order after
midday on a Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday, then Monday will be day 1. Saturday, Sunday and any
bank holidays are all non working days.
5 - We say "Most signs ordered online are dispatched within 4 working days". Please note : 'dispatched' does not mean 'delivered to you' within 4 working days.
6 - Please note: We do not email designs for Pre-Worded signs, Vinyl Lettering, Licensee Plaques,
Stickers or Magnetic Website Addresses.
7 - If you have not received any emails from us in 2 working days from date of order and you cannot find any in your Spam or Junk folders, please email us to let us know and we will send designs again. If possible, please give us an alternative email address without spam filters running and a contact phone number we can use.
8 - Hotmail - Googlemail - Yahoo Mail - AOL and many others have Spam and Junk mail folders set
up as standard.
